ABOUT THE SMALL RAFT

  • All participants must park at the park and ride alongside the Dow Centennial Centre in Fort Saskatchewan and take a shuttle
  • Please arrive at the shuttle approximately 45 minutes ahead of your scheduled float time
  • This is a 2.5 hour on river experience
  • Your rafting fee includes: personal flotation device/life jacket, shuttle and return raft
    Children must be 6 years old and over 30 lbs
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18
  • Rafts hold up to 4 adults & 1 Child
  • Max weight per raft is 1200 lbs (including cargo)
  • No solo riders please
  • Groups of three or less may be paired up. To guarantee a private raft, book four seats.
  • No refunds will be provided

CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE

  • Personal floatation devices/life jackets must be worn at all times
  • No alcohol or narcotics are permitted
  • No pets are permitted
  • Unruly, offensive, unsafe or illegal behaviour is not allowed
    No water guns or other weapons are permitted on the river or in watercraft
  • If a participant’s physical characteristics prevent him or her from carrying up to 45 lbs, walking over uneven terrain or sitting for up to 2 hours, he or she may not be suitable to participate
  • Adult participants must exercise reasonable care for the safety of minors
  • Event organizers have the right to refuse/terminate access at their discretion

Rafting Waiver

All rafting participants must read and sign a waiver at the event site. A waiver is required for each guest. Guests must show proof of waiver prior to receiving their raft.
